Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Because our products are custom-made to order, we begin production quickly. We cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order has been placed. Please double-check your details before checkout.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
No. Because each item is custom-made, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will offer a replacement or refund. You must contact us within 2 days of delivery and provide clear photo proof of the issue.
How do I report a damaged item?

A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the damage or defect
Requests submitted after 2 days of delivery may not be approved.
Can I get a refund if I ordered the wrong size?
No. We do not offer refunds or returns for incorrect sizing. Please refer to our size charts before ordering.
Products
Will the colors look exactly like on my screen?
Slight color variations may occur due to screen settings and the print process. These variations are normal and not considered defects.
Will print placement be exactly the same every time?
Minor differences in placement can occur due to the production process and are considered normal.
