Because all of our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.
Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
All Sales Are Final
All items are produced specifically for each customer. For this reason, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly offer a free replacement or refund.
To be eligible:
You must contact us within 2 days of delivery
You must provide clear photo proof of the damage or defect
The photos must clearly show the issue and the entire product
Requests submitted after 2 days from delivery may not be approved.
What Is Not Eligible for Refund or Return
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
Incorrect size ordered
Change of mind
Incorrect address provided
Minor variations in print placement or color (these are normal in print-on-demand production)
Damage caused after delivery
Normal wear and tear

Clear photos of the damaged/defective product
We will review your request and respond within 1–3 business days.
Approved Claims
If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following:
A free replacement
A full refund
The resolution method will be determined based on the issue.
