Thank you for choosing our store during what may be a tender and emotional time. Every item we create is made with care, respect, and intention. Please review our shipping policy below so you know what to expect when placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days. Many of our pieces are custom made to honor your loved one, which means production begins after your order is placed.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Please note:
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times after processing:
Standard Shipping: 10 to 15 business days
Expedited Shipping: 7 to 10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high volume periods.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to help ensure your items arrive safely.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible at [your email address] and we will do our best to assist.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 2 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and packaging. We will review your request with care and work with you on a replacement or appropriate resolution.
